INTERNET MARKETING

What exactly is Internet Marketing??. unfortunately IM covers a really broad spectrum of topics which basically cover all aspects of using the Internet and it's opportunities to earn money. This can mean anything from Affiliate Marketing - where you promote someone elses product and get paid a commission to building huge mailing lists to promote your own product and/or service. This may include using the earning opportunities offered by Google or writing and submitting articles again to promote your own products. Many of these subjects appear complex and may involve designing, building and maintaining websites through to writing sales letters and pages to appear on the Web.  We have tried to approach each subject separately and in a simplistic manner to give you an overview of each aspect and it is recommended that if you choose one of these methods that you undertake further research, either through the resources of this site, ie articles, database info and ebooks and/or many of the other resources available.  Affiliate Project X and Day Job Killer created a furore when they were first released but the truth is that although they may be a few years old now the information contained in them is very relevant and cuts straight through the bulls**t about some marketing aspects and both books, available in ebook downloadable format are well worth investing in as they deal primarlily in showing you exactly how to use the web to market immediately and get results, some of them are down and dirty "tricks" but they can be used to get results!!! - that's why they tried to ban the release of the first book.

Because of the complexity of the various methods and the skill base needed to enter these markets it is really beyond the scope of this site to educate anyone to a realistic level so our intention is to give an overview of all the elements and then give you some options as to how to proceed. SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING

One of the reasons I concentrated on using Google Adsense and Adwords is that you don't need a product and you don't need to use squeeze or landing pages, opt in lists and all the other paraphenalia associated with IM. Also, the learning curve can be quite short as well. If you seriously want to start Internet Marketing using Adsense and Adwords then I can only highly recommend that initially you purchase Keyword Elite, this is a programme designed to take all the hard work out of finding keywords, establishing competition, analysising the market and then finding successful Ad campaigns and allowing you to monitor them for profitability. The price alone is worth the 90 odd hours off video which explain Search Engine Marketing to a depth that will make you an expert within a week plus there's a forum where you can get support although the answers can be slow in coming. The only other skill you need is to be able to build single or 2 to 3 page websites quickly. Before you panic just go and purchase XSite Pro, widely recognised as one of the most easiest programmes to build a website - with a days practice you can build a properly optimised website in a few minutes - honest!! - Our web site was produced using the programme - I only recommend stuff that I know about. I have included my own ebook on using this particular approach - you'll find it on the sub menu - but the videos are brilliant in their own right and you will understand the depth of knowledge of Brad Callen who wrote the software.

STUART'S TIP

If you want to start Internet Marketing you are almost certainly going to fall into the trap of "Information Overload" and the search and subsequent assimilation of the mass of available information will stop you from taking action. I would suggest that you take a course of action initially by choosing one subject, say, Adsense or Article Marketing and concentrate on that alone. It is so easy to get sidetracked, I admit that it happened to me during my search for skills. whilst you are pusuing your one objective you will collect skills along the way and solve the problems that arise and this will make the ongoing path much easier. I did spend some money on "useless" opportunities that are available but the one good purchase that I made was Profit Lance. It's a one off purchase which gives you access to the site which will lead you through all the various aspects of IM, it's stuffed full of articles, resources and Blueprints for success. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
